Our client, a global manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate / Production Operator to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate / Production Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations department supporting Production and Assembly Teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and effective teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

$19.19/hr
What’s the Job?
Operate manual and automated manufacturing equipment to meet production and quality requirements
Manufacture and assemble products according to standard work instructions and customer specifications
Perform routine quality inspections and identify non-conforming materials
Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures, including proper PPE use
Maintain clean, organized work areas and perform basic operator maintenance and housekeeping
What’s Needed?
Prior manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience preferred
Ability to follow standard work, safety guidelines, and quality procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Flexibility to support production needs and work 8‑hour shifts
