
Robotic Service Technician

Job Description
An employer is seeking two, tier 1 service technicians for a client located in Austin, TX. He or she will be joining a robotics company and part of their customer service organization. On a daily basis the RSTs will be responsible for real time repairs delivered through a ticketing system to identify the issue at hand, will be responsible for repairing said issue then documenting it into the CRM system. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly, mechanics, knowledge of OSHA standards, and understand schematics. This position is 5 days/week onsite, and the shift time is 2:30 pm - 10:00 pm; travel to sites nationwide may be required on a need-by-need basis. This role is very fast paced and requires consistent adaptability and effort.

Skills and Requirements
Understanding of when to use tools such as Allen key and torque wrench.
Willingness and ability to work onsite 5 days/week onsite and sometimes travel.
Professional and personal experience in mechanical systems.
Ability to read and follow work instruction. Experience in schematics.
Experience utilizing ticketing systems.
