Sheet Metal Fabricator
to join our team in Ogden, Utah. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and seeing the results of your work every day, this is a strong opportunity to get started in manufacturing.
No extensive experience? No problem. We're looking for motivated individuals with mechanical aptitude who want to learn and grow in a stable, long-term career.

What You'll Do
Deburr and finish precision sheet metal components
Perform weld grinding and basic fabrication tasks
Support production by maintaining raw material inventory
Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
Ensure parts meet quality standards before moving forward
You’ll play a key role in building high-quality components used across industries such as aerospace, defense, and more.

Strong work ethic and reliability
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to read basic blueprints (or willingness to learn)
Problem-solving mindsetTeam-oriented attitude
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 40 lbs repeatedly
Good vision (corrected: near 20/20, far 20/30)
Schedules Available
Day Shift is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Swing Shift is Monday-Thursday 3:45 PM - 1:45 AM
Enjoy 3-day weekends every week.
