
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

The House Supervisor is responsible for providing administrative leadership, consultation, and support for the patient services areas during the off‑shift hours. The position provides administrative continuity to staff, patients, and families while acting as a liaison for the administrator‑on‑call and the nursing management team.

Provide administrative leadership, consultation, and support for the patient services areas during off‑shift hours.
Provide administrative continuity to staff, patients, and families.
Act as a liaison for the administrator‑on‑call and the nursing management team.
Perform related duties as required.

Requirements
Education:
Academic degree in nursing required (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
Experience:
2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full‑time charge nurse/related position
Certification/License:
RN license in the state of Tennessee
BLS certification required
ACLS required within 3 months of hire
NRP required within 3 months of hire for LD and NICU
Preferred Qualifications
Education:
Master’s degree in Nursing or related field within two years from hire date (Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or management)
