Overview
The Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) Department of Diagnostic Radiology is seeking a full-time board-certified radiologist to join our team at Hillsboro Medical Center (HMC). Hillsboro has a rapidly growing population and is just a short 30‑minute drive to downtown Portland.

Function/Duties of Position
General radiology coverage, including CT, US, MRI, mammography, and PET scans.
Read sub‑specialty cases from neuro, body, MSK, and cardiothoracic imaging radiologists.
Perform light general radiology procedures such as CT‑ and ultrasound‑guided drainages/biopsies, arthrograms/joint injections, and breast biopsies.
Shift‑based practice: 4‑day work weeks (8 am‑4:30 pm), overnight nighthawk coverage (6 pm‑8 am), weekend call (8 am‑6 pm). Call is one in five.
Home workstations allow teleworking or "work from home" options on weekday and weekend call shifts.
Compensation
The position offers a starting salary of $537,000, sign‑on bonus, relocation reimbursement, and an extensive benefits package including generous retirement benefits. Shifts can be exchanged with other team members; additional shifts are available with commensurate compensation.
OHSU also provides a generous CME allowance and a supportive environment for learning or developing new clinical skillsets or programs.
Required Qualifications
ABR board‑certifying eligible after passing the ABR Core Exam and completing an ACGME‑accredited residency.
International Medical Graduates eligible with a valid ECFMG certificate and ABR Core Exam, or ABR IMG Alternate Pathway.
Candidates at all practice levels encouraged; OHSU values a diverse and culturally competent workforce.
