Overview
Position:
Executive Administrative Assistant (Hourly)
Location:
Arizona State University – 1151 S Forest Ave, Tempe, AZ 85281 (Openings at other locations within school district available)
Schedule:
Monday through Friday. Details available upon interview. (Full or Part Time with flexibility)
Compensation:
$20.00 – $24.00 per hour

Job Summary
Provide administrative support to a company executive to enhance effectiveness and client service.
Responsibilities
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answers or directs inquiries.
Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Attends meetings in executive's absence and delivers and receives messages on executive's behalf.
Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.
Secures information by completing database backups.
Maintains and verifies office supplies inventory.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Maintains and updates professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous administrative experience.
