Position Details
Full‑time, 1.0 FTE, Acute Care Supervisor.
Work 8‑hour variable shifts, variable days of the week.
Exempt, $56.72/hr – $81.03/hr.
Job Summary
Provide direct supervision and coordination of department staff. Responsibilities include staffing and hiring, orientation and training, competency assessment, performance management including annual evaluations and coaching, process improvement, patient experience enhancements, and direct clinical patient care as needed. The supervisor’s primary role is to delegate tasks, coach, educate, support, and motivate front line staff.
