Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Asphalt Paving
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management (or equivalent work experience)
DOT, County, and Municipal experience preferred
Experience with projects from $50K - $20M preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
