About the Role
We are hiring a Digital Learning Executive (DLE) to join our sales team. In this strategic role you will identify and qualify top targets and opportunities to drive technology‑required adoptions. The DLE will collaborate with Customer Success Managers to devise training plans, develop strategies to retain and expand existing accounts, and work closely with product development, product marketing, and market development teams to drive innovation and inform the next iteration of digital programs.

How You Will Make an Impact

Work with instructors to drive a transition to digital solutions and ensure they understand the value proposition of digital courseware.

Drive renewable revenue and usage growth by increasing the number of instructors adopting digital solutions as a percentage of the grade.

Prepare and deliver strategic sales presentations to customers, both in‑person and remotely, and conduct strong digital sales presentations of Wiley’s digital offerings.

Develop and manage a pipeline; prospect, assess sales opportunities, and move many transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline using SFDC.

Provide regular reporting, account and adoption intelligence, and update opportunities in SFDC.

Identify “Land & Expand” accounts for Wiley digital offerings and monitor critical KPIs such as pilots, events, and market development.

Conduct in‑person trainings for Wiley’s digital solution, training and supporting customers.

Analyze territory data to improve position of solutions and digital upside.

Develop and implement territory and business plans.

Leverage integration expertise on various LMS/LTI implementations alongside CSM to transition instructor goals.

We Are Looking For People Who

Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher.

Have sales experience with a background in higher education, or demonstrate strong drive, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to advance a career in education.

Exhibit a sales mindset, strong organization, planning, presentation, and leadership skills.

Show a strong drive to sell and implement digital solutions with faculty and students.

Be a self‑starter who can maximize time and generate high ROI by leveraging strong listening skills.

Adapt to complex sales processes with multiple decision‑makers.

Remain energetic and driven in the face of resistance or setbacks.

Clearly establish expectations, coach, and collaborate with external and internal customers.

Be willing to travel 30–40% of the time (mostly by car, occasionally by air).

Reside in the Miami or Orlando area and possess a valid driver’s license.

Salary Range
58,000 USD to 86,000 USD
