
Coordinator Logistics (Night Shift)

In this role, you will provide support to our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities include facilitating team and departmental goals, promoting safety, coordinating receiving and shipping activities, and offering systems technical assistance to forklift operators and data stewards.
Primary Responsibilities
Utilize information system tools to prioritize and manage loading and unloading workloads.
Coordinate dock operations, including dock door assignment and trailer spotting, to maximize dock capacity and ensure proper workload sequencing.
Assign loading and unloading work to forklift operators, highlighting any special customer packaging, loading platforms, or inventory requirements.
Monitor the status of intra‑plant and inter‑plant replenishment orders to ensure timely arrival of needed products.
Print pick lists, review completed pick lists for accuracy and completeness, and enter order adjustments and shipping paperwork.
Provide systems technical assistance to forklift operators and data stewards, resolving WMS exceptions, RF problems, inventory and location variances, and other operational issues.
Assist managers and team leaders in documenting procedures, training new hires, and evaluating the performance of team personnel.
Perform warehouse office clerical functions and other duties as assigned, including running and printing production reports, routine queries, filing, and copying.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1+ year of clerical or warehouse experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.

The approximate pay range for this position is $44,000 - $60,500. Final compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
