Overview

Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday
Responsibilities
Motivated and proficient at problem‑solving to meet office revenue goals, managing tasks such as scheduling, staff productivity, and expenses.
Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to build strong relationships with the team.
Lead the team to success in a fast‑paced and energetic work environment.
Supervise and communicate effectively to ensure efficiency within the practice while maintaining values and morale.
Accurately complete administrative functions such as financial review, compliance standards, and end‑of‑day reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years of related experience.
Servant leadership: partnership and collaboration with team and providers.
Recruit and develop team members.
Manage schedule to optimize production.
Prior clinical experience with implants preferred.
3‑5 years of prior management experience.
