Overview
Butterfly Effects’ Mission is to make a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families by hiring passionate, caring people to serve children and families affected by autism. We are seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills such as communication, social interaction, and self‑care, while collaborating with families to execute ABA‑based behavior intervention plans.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation: $24.00–$26.00 per hour based on experience and certifications (RBT certification required).
Not certified? Earn $23.00 per hour after obtaining RBT certification with us.
Part‑Time Availability: Minimum of 12–20 hours per week, ideal for work‑life balance.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
Genuine love for working with children.
Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude toward children and families.
Prior experience with children is advantageous.
Interest in ongoing development and continuous learning.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Position Duties
Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Observe, record, and report client progress, as well as daily behavior and condition.
Manage challenging behaviors.
Apply behavioral principles consistently in all interactions with clients.
Assist clients, as needed, to acquire academic and/or appropriate life skills.
Communicate professionally and respectfully with parents, behavior analysts/consultants, trainers, and clients.
Act as an active member of the treatment team.
Complete daily paperwork and data collection notes accurately and timely through our online database.
Participate actively in continuous training programs to increase overall skills.
Maintain confidentiality of client information.
Follow BE policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements
This role involves working in natural environments, occasionally requiring lifting or moving up to 50 lbs and maintaining various postures for extended periods.
