Service Estimator - Roofing & Waterproofing

Prospect Waterproofing is hiring a Service Estimator / Project Manager focused on roofing and waterproofing work across the DC Metro area.
This role is responsible for pricing incoming service opportunities and managing multiple small projects from award through completion. All leads are provided. The focus is on speed, accuracy, and execution.
Work includes leak investigations, repairs, maintenance, and small capital projects on commercial, institutional, and mixed-use buildings using TPO, PVC, and hot fluid-applied systems.
What you will do
Perform site visits to assess conditions and define scope
Prepare estimates for roofing and waterproofing service work
Manage multiple active jobs simultaneously from start to closeout
Coordinate with field crews and ensure timely execution
Communicate with clients throughout the lifecycle of each project
What we’re looking for
Experience in commercial roofing or waterproofing
Ability to estimate and manage multiple small jobs in parallel
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive service environment
