Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who has great attention to detail, great customer service skills, works in a fast-paced environment, and has the skills to complete the job functions listed below. Reports to: PC Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience and competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of general accounting principles
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications:
1-3 years of back-office/clerical experience
Working Conditions:
Working conditions will be standard to an office environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
No
Essential Job Functions:
Perform administrative tasks for office staff. This includes, but is not limited to typing, photocopying, mailings, and faxing.
Assist with filing as needed
Back up to receptionist
Assist with special projects as needed.
