Scheduler Navigation Front Desk Float

As our Scheduler Navigation Front Desk you will support the clinical operations and general activities in an administrative capacity assisting with clients scheduling, requesting medical records and other health services for our sites. You will support a warm, welcoming, and inviting physical environment that promotes healing and recovery.
You will support administrative procedures for your site that includes answering phones, insurance verification and other administrative processes.

What We Need for this Job:
High School Diploma or GED
One (1) years of experience with customer service
Six (6) months experience within healthcare or service environments
A team player
Be able to work on site in Boulder, Lafayette or Broomfield, as needed, possibly 30% of the time.
As a condition of employment, you will be required to receive the annual influenza vaccine. Exemptions may be requested.
