As an entry-level Service Dispatcher - Dispatch Specialist, you'll evaluate incoming customer calls, matching the right technician to every job based on skillset and location. You'll learn our business inside and out, mastering how to prioritize urgent calls and ensure no customer is left waiting. Your keen eye for detail will ensure a quality customer experience as you relay precise information to technicians in the field. Throughout the day, you'll update customers on the progress of their service calls, ensuring they are informed and satisfied. You'll record and report each service call meticulously, participating in ongoing training to hone your skills and grow as a professional. By the end of the day, you'll have played a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers happy.
Our Service Dispatchers - Dispatch Specialists work a Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM schedule.

Excellent phone skills
Ability to use a computer
