Job Type:
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Pay:
$26.12 hourly
Schedule:
Must be able to work 2nd shift Mon–Fri 4:00 pm–12:00 am
Off Shift Differential:
$1 per hour for second shift
Essential Responsibilities
Safely unload and load trucks and perform similar material handling functions using appropriate tools and procedures.
Complete all pertinent receiving inspections.
Safely follow internal and external safety protocols for handling hazardous materials.
Check quantities of materials, labels and packing slips for receiving and for accuracy.
Transport material as designated.
Operate inventory management systems and tools to receive, store, issue and return material.
Inspect, observe and monitor equipment and materials for defects, damage or malfunction.
Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories as required.
Ensure product, materials, supplies and equipment are not damaged during transport.
Retrieve, process, disposition and load scrap in appropriate containers, trailers, or bins.
Obtain and/or maintain license/certification to operate forklift.
Review and complete all required documentation and records.
Demonstrate the ability to meet the minimum mental and physical demands of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Complete other tasks as assigned.
