Job Description:
The Administrative Student Associate is a student employee responsible for assisting with details surrounding Intramural Sports, Outdoor Adventure, Club Sports, Fitness, Aquatics, Member Services, Communications, Camps, and assisting Campus Recreation professional staff. Responsibilities:
Greet visitors entering the Campus Recreation office.
Answer and direct incoming calls.
Maintain SLC Room Schedules.
Distribute SLC facility calendars.
Assist with all Campus Recreation and Camp administration and activities.
Assist with organization and inventory of workroom and supply closets.
Assist with set up and take down of equipment for various rooms and events.
Distribute mail and packages within the SLC.
Assist in the opening/closing of the Campus Recreation office.
Assist the Office Manager with Reservations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Must have good communication skills; be positive, assertive, organized, proactive.
CPR/AED Certification is preferred.
Computer/technical literacy is preferred.
