Responsibilities
Setting vision, defining product goals, managing complex initiatives, coaching teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, and ensuring data-driven decision-making. You will support continuous improvement and customer engagement to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Requirements
A bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of experience, at least 2 years in a product/technology leadership role, strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred experience includes digital and airline technology, product strategy, and prior product management roles.
