FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

Position: Full-time Floor Technician (Immediate hire).
Schedule: Full time. Days and hours may vary; availability to work rotating weekends and holidays.
Fixed Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.
Job Summary
Floor Technician responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment.
Essential Functions
Maintain knowledge of principles of hard‑surface floor maintenance and use proper procedures, including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor surfaces.
Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery, including shampooing, damp surface cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred.
Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
