MCHC is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team. As a vital part of our Patient Services team, you will be the first point of contact for patients, helping ensure a positive experience while connecting individuals to the care they need. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments accurately
Provide patients with information regarding services, clinic locations, and insurance eligibility
Respond to patient inquiries via phone, fax, and MyChart
Update patient records and verify insurance information
Coordinate with internal departments and external resources as needed
Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance

High School Diploma or GED
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using office software, phone systems, and data entry tools
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a medical or dental office setting
Bilingual (fluent) in English and Spanish
