Veterinary Client Service Representative

Position Overview:
Do you have a passion for animals and a knack for creating positive client experiences? We're seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to be the first smiling face our clients see when they walk through the door. In this key role, you'll help ensure every visit runs smoothly from greeting clients and managing appointments to supporting our medical team with administrative needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
Process invoices payments
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
Determine the status of the patient's immunizations and tests
Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient's arrival and necessary treatments
Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian
Accurately input data into computer software

Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma
Weekend availability as needed
Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds
