Pleasant, South Carolina**ID**j-23340**Job Type**Direct Hire**Remote Type**On-Site**Compensation**$110000 - $145000 / yrWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our Maintenance and Reliability Team at a prime coastal location. This key role is responsible for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of plant operations through strategic maintenance leadership and asset integrity management.**Responsibilities:**--Develop and enhance preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.--Oversee the execution of maintenance tasks, reliability projects, and monitor asset performance metrics.--Perform root cause analyses and establish long-term corrective measures to mitigate equipment failures.--Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, Procurement, and EHS to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency.--Manage the performance of the CMMS, oversee spare parts inventory, and refine planning and scheduling systems.--Support the development of capital projects, participate in design reviews, and oversee new equipment installations.--Ensure compliance with industry standards such as OSHA, API, ASME, and ISO.--Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team focused on maintenance and reliability best practices.--Facilitate Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and implement recommended actions.--Promote initiatives in sustainability, energy efficiency, and cost optimization.
**Qualifications:**--Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.--8-15 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing operations, ideally within the chemical or a related industry.--Demonstrated expertise in reliability systems, maintenance management, and asset lifecycle optimization.--Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and maintenance planning processes.--Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.--Able to work in the U.S. now or in the future without sponsorship.If you are a seasoned professional eager to drive maintenance excellence and lead a dedicated team in a vibrant environment, we invite you to apply for this challenging and rewarding position.
