Unit - Stepdown/MedSurg.

# Beds: 29 bed unit that is currently under construction.

All beds will be step down equipped with an opening in first quarter 2026.

Nurse:Patient Ratios: Ratios for step down 3:1, floor 6:1.

Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?).

Common diagnoses/Types of patients.

- Flex unit: Serves both floor and step-down patients, based on patient and hospital needs.

- Diverse patient population with primarily medical diagnoses - medicine unit.

Experience or 'Must have' skills: Looking for new and experienced nurses; We need the candidates to be able to handle a 6 patient (med-surg) or a 3 patient (stepdown).

MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE.
