Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime required as needed)
Must be able to work 12 hours weekends if necessary

Position Overview
Openwork is hiring an experienced Assembler to support a manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, reliable, and experienced in handling large or oversized materials in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble pre-cut wooden components into finished cable reels.
Use hand tools and measuring devices to ensure proper assembly and accuracy.
Weigh, label, and tag finished products for shipment.
Apply grease to reels to provide waterproof protection.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with additional production or warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in a labor-intensive and non-climate-controlled environment.
