Job Overview
The Director, Campaign Management leads a portfolio of omnichannel marketing campaigns across the enterprise, driving measurable business results through integrated, customer-centric activations. This high-impact, high-visibility role requires a seasoned marketing operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Director oversees a team of 5–6 campaign managers and marketing specialists, ensuring operational excellence and cross-functional alignment across strategy, creative, brand, merchandising, digital, CRM, media, and analytics teams to translate business priorities into structured execution plans and deliver world-class campaigns that fuel brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue.
What You Will Do
Drive end-to-end campaign management, including planning,executionand optimizationforassignedmarketing initiatives,ensuring alignment with businessobjectivesand marketing goals.
Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of campaign managers and specialists. Foster a culture ofcollaboration,accountability,problem-solving,innovation, and speed-to-market.
Serve as the connective tissue between marketing, merchandising, digital, creative, media, CRM, analytics, and executive leadership. Ensure campaigns are fully integrated, well-resourced, and on-track.
Establish and run program cadences including briefings,reviews and executive check-inswhilemaintainingdashboards and program summaries to communicate progress and elevate risks. Ensure consistencywith PMO standards.
Own the campaign calendar and intake process.Identifybottlenecks and friction points.Use scalableprocesses and tools to manage hundreds of concurrent campaign components across multiple channels and teams.
Present campaign strategies, milestones, and resultstosenior leadership. Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights.
Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.

Skills You Will Need
Omnichannel Campaign Leadership:
Demonstrates deep expertise in managing large-scale, integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, including digital, social, email, media, and in-store.
Strategic Marketing Execution:
Translates enterprise priorities into actionable, customer‑centric campaign plans that drive measurable results.
Project and Program Management:
Excels at structuring, prioritizing, and delivering hundreds of concurrent initiatives through strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
Operational Excellence:
Implements scalable processes, tools, and workflows to ensure campaign accuracy, speed‑to‑market, and resource optimization.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Builds alignment across diverse teams—creative, brand, digital, media, CRM, analytics, and merchandising to ensure seamless execution and communication.
Data‑Driven Decision Making:
Leverages analytics and performance data to optimize campaigns, identify insights, and articulate impact to senior leadership.
Leadership and Team Development:
Inspires and develops a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management:
Influences and builds trust with senior executives and cross‑functional partners through clear, confident, and solution‑oriented communication.
Technical Fluency:
Proficient with marketing technology and campaign management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, or equivalent platforms).
Enterprise Agility:
Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment; adapts quickly to changing business needs while maintaining focus on execution and quality.
Emotional Intelligence and Resilience:
Leads with composure, empathy, and clarity under pressure, balancing strategic perspective with tactical excellence.
Who You Are
Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.
10+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or related disciplines.
5+ years of leadership experience managing medium to large teams (10+), ideally in matrixed organizations.
Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
