Overview
As a Producer Relations Advisor (PRA), you’ll be part of the internal sales division within our Distribution team—helping independent agencies succeed while shaping quality, profitable business for the company. You’ll be front‑and‑center in building relationships, training partners, solving problems, and moving business forward from an office/home‑office setting.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do

Contact the first point of onboarding and orientation for new agency relationships.

Provide in‑depth knowledge of GUARD’s performance as a carrier, including the Agency Service Center (ASC) online platform.

Deliver ongoing marketing, procedural training, and support for a rapidly growing independent agency base to meet submission and premium goals.

Encourage production from individual appointed agencies while monitoring business quality and hit ratios of submitted/quoted/written accounts.

Partner with field personnel to build a territorial team, aiming to meet territorial production goals per assigned location.

Manage the assigned territory via the IIS Dashboard, creating follow‑up diaries and outreach tasks through written and verbal communication.

Respond to agency problems, assist in appointments, and provide ongoing training, including webinars to small and large agency audiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Excellent communication and computer skills are essential.

Exceptional internal and external customer service skills are a must.

Hours for the position: M‑F 8:00 AM‑4:30 PM MST.

Pay Rate
Starting rate of pay is $23.08 per hour for this position in Scottsdale, AZ. Please note this is not a commission‑driven role. The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices 3 days per week and also be available for travel as required.
