Overview
The Razorfish Paid Social team is adding a Media Planner, Paid Social based in New York. Role responsibilities as follows:
Responsibilities
Plan and oversee the execution of paid social media plans across META (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, and new and emerging platforms as applicable
Develop, optimize, and maintain paid social campaigns for assigned client, including the coordination of assets, budget management, and reporting
Maintain and optimize client campaigns to improve overall performance against pre-determined benchmarks on an ongoing basis
Contribute to strategy development across primary social partners, maintaining relationships and bringing new ideas to the table
Analyze and report on data on a daily, weekly, monthly, ad‑hoc basis; overseeing offshore Associates from a QA perspective
Qualifications
2-4 years of hands‑on keyboard paid social experience across multiple platforms
Knowledge of major and emerging social channels, and a true passion for the social media marketing space
Strong familiarity with 3rd‑party tracking vendors and integrating with social platforms
Process‑oriented; if you’re all about organization and optimizing process, this role is for you!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly
Collaborative team player, with the ability to work independently as well
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Compensation Range: $60,800 - 93,600 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
