Role Description
As a Practice Manager at SVS Vision, you will oversee the daily operations of the Clarklake, MI, location in an on-site, full-time capacity. Your primary responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring optimal patient satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, monitoring workflow, and implementing company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality vision care services, maintain inventory, and collaborate with the team to achieve business goals and financial targets.
Qualifications
Leadership and team management skills, including staff coordination, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
Customer service skills, with a strong ability to enhance patient experiences and maintain satisfaction
Operational efficiency skills, including scheduling, workflow management, and process improvement
Organizational and multitasking abilities to oversee various practice functions
Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across staff and departments
Proficiency in using management software and tools
Previous experience in healthcare, specifically eye care, is highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus
