Front Office Coordinator
We are seeking an organized, dependable Front Office Coordinator with a natural flair for design and aesthetics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly while also appreciating beautiful spaces, materials, and thoughtful presentation. An eye for interior design, color, and layout is a strong plus.
This position supports both administrative operations and the customer experience, making it a key role within our design-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office, showroom, and management team
Answer phones, manage emails, and route inquiries professionally and efficiently
Assist with scheduling, data entry, document preparation, and internal coordination
Support showroom operations, including welcoming clients and maintaining a polished, design-forward environment
Prepare proposals, invoices, and basic project documentation
Organize files, job folders, and digital records with strong attention to detail
Assist with light marketing or design-adjacent tasks (presentation materials, basic layout updates, photo organization, etc.)
Help ensure consistency and professionalism across all client-facing materials
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an administrative, office support, or assistant role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
English/Spanish bilingual communicator highly preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment
Proficiency with common office software
