Decision Technologies seeks a qualified AN/SPY-6(V) Family of Radars Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dam Neck, Virginia Position Description: Provide administrative support for an Integrated Product Team (IPT) whose purpose is to provide technical and logistics products and services for US Navy radar and combat systems under the direction of an IPT Leader. MUST HAVE Secret clearance
Responsibilities and Duties

Provide direct support for the Integrated Product Team leader in the coordination of team activities, schedules, meetings, products and services
Prepare and coordinate program reviews including production/distribution of meeting agendas, metrics, presentation slides, and technical/logistics documentation and meeting minutes
Participate in training development activities and facilitate generation of training review reports
Attend planning meetings and reviews
Document meeting minutes and action items, and report on results of program meetings such as Quarterly Program Reviews (QPRs), Integrated Logistics Support Management Team (ILSMT) meetings, Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs), and Critical Design Reviews (CDRs)
Support planning sessions and operational support meetings for Navy systems
Maintain IPT schedules and review upcoming events during team meetings
Document team activities and accomplishments on a weekly and monthly basis
Maintain financial reports on expenditure of labor, travel and material funding and current available balances
Project resource requirements for upcoming fiscal year funding and generate funding request documentation
Generate and maintain documentation, presentations and spreadsheets as required to support IPT activities
Assist Logisticians with product research, procurement and storage part inventories
Facilitate transport and material requests between government entities
Assemble Alteration Installation Team (AIT) workbooks in accordance with Navy Modernization Program Management and Operations Manual (NMP-MOM)
Required Qualifications and Skills

Practical experience providing administrative support in a team environment
Experience developing and maintaining team schedules and providing resource management
Experience planning, scheduling and hosting program review and technical interchange meetings
Experience documenting team activities and accomplishments
Experience documenting and tracking project action items and updating databases
Experience managing funding, reporting on financial status and projecting resource requirements
Navy procurement process experience
Interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
Personal Computer skills (competent with MS Office applications)
Desired Qualifications

Experience working in a Navy technical support and fleet support team
