The Administrative Intern provides part-time administrative support to the Dean's Office during the summer, working 2030 hours per week. This role assists with daily operational needs, including handling light office traffic, coordinating conference room scheduling, and supporting general office management tasks. The intern is also responsible for consolidating office supplies and maintaining inventory for the Dean's Office. Through effective administration, communication, and resource management, the Dean's Office serves as a central hub supporting the department's overall goals and activities.
Work Hours - 20 to 30 hours per week; Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm
Competency Level - Contributing
Recruitment Range - $16 -!$18/hr
