Imaging Clerk
The Atlantic Region Central Billing Office (ARCBO) or (CBO) provides business office services including billing, collections, cash posting, pre-access management, variance, and customer service to our affiliated Universal Health Services hospitals. The Atlantic Region CBO is seeking a dynamic and talented Imaging Clerk. The primary responsibility of the Imaging Clerk is to complete the scanning of incoming patient, insurance correspondence and remittance vouchers. Completes other tasks and assignments in a timely manner. Key responsibilities include: sort and prepare incoming EOB/remittance batches for scanning. Sort patient correspondence and prepare them for scanning. Scan EOB and remittances into the appropriate area of Document Imaging daily. Perform QA on all document imaging batches scanned daily to ensure accuracy and quality of images. Files as required per retention policies. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Position requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent. This position must work effectively with other employees, patients, insurance companies and other outside parties. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and writing. Demonstrate ability to do basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Customer focused, providing service consistently exceeding expectations to both internal and external customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and others as required. Ability to prioritize needs and to manage resources.
