Position Summary: The primary purpose of the position is to operate the Company's E9-1-1 Communications Center effectively and efficiently twenty-four (24) hours a day, three hundred and sixty-five (365) days a year, ensuring law enforcement response, emergency response and other miscellaneous communications are handled in a timely and professional manner.
