Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with orders, answer questions, and help resolve issues. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Process customer orders by phone, email, and online systems
Provide order updates, including pricing, availability, and delivery status
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions or concerns
Prepare and send quotes as needed
Resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Help set up new customer accounts and enter information into the system
Work with internal teams to ensure orders are processed correctly
Follow up on outstanding invoices when needed
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience in customer service required
