Role Overview
Lead nursing team across all peri-operative areas: pre-op, OR, PACU
Drive clinical quality, patient safety, and operational excellence
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and nursing leadership
Key Responsibilities
Oversee staffing, resources, and equipment for safe peri-op care
Lead quality & performance improvement initiatives
Foster positive work environment & staff development
Manage budgets & support cost-effective care
Partner with physician & nursing leadership on unit planning
Qualifications
Active RN license in Massachusetts
5+ years of peri-operative or related nursing experience
Leadership experience preferred

No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.
