
Executive Assistant

Join a well-established and growing Law Firm as an Executive Assistant to their Dallas Team. This opportunity is on-site daily and will support multiple Attorneys by providing comprehensive administrative assistance across a variety of functions.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Executive Support
Provide high-level administrative support to multiple Attorneys
Maintain and manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, conference calls, and appointments
Serve as primary point of contact between Attorneys, clients, and internal teams
Manage phone lines and screen calls for assigned Attorneys
Enter and track billable time in the timekeeping system
Prepare and submit expense reports and verify reimbursements
Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation, lodging, and dining reservations
Assist with event coordination and special projects as requested
Maintain attorney reading and working files with a high level of organization
Arrange courier services, mail distribution, and deliveries
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all matters
Document & Office Support
Perform document revisions, editing, proofreading, and formatting
Prepare presentations and PowerPoint materials as requested
Process mailings, overnight shipments, and related correspondence
Reception & Office Coverage
Provide occasional front desk coverage as needed
Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate conference rooms
Receive and coordinate deliveries
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong telephone and client service skills
Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
