Responsibilities
Supporting the execution of operational and logistical plans across tournament venues and locations.
Being present on‑site during events to oversee operations, provide real‑time problem solving, and ensure smooth delivery.
Managing tasks related to various functional areas, coordinating with teams and stakeholders to achieve operational goals.
Working closely with venue teams, contractors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with FIFA guidelines and local regulations.
Acting as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day operations within assigned areas.
Monitoring schedules, tracking progress, and addressing any operational challenges that arise.
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams across the USA, Canada, and Mexico to align on deliverables and timelines.
Upholding FIFA’s commitment to excellence by ensuring all operational aspects meet or exceed standards.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools.

Pay Information
In accordance with Washington’s Equal Pay and Opportunity Act, the pay range for this position is $28 per hour. This estimate is based on this position being performed in Washington. Salary determination will be based on relevant education, experience, qualifications, certifications, skills, geographic location, performance metrics, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business needs.
