Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and other senior leaders. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive self starter who operates with confidence and strong executive presence.
Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate executive travel
Screen, prioritize, and manage executive communications including email and requests
Prepare and process expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive business information
Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by executives
Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, board sessions, and corporate events
Serve as liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders
Manage office supplies and support needs for the corporate support center
Act as point of contact for property management and office coordination matters
Skills And Qualifications
Ten plus years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment
Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism and discretion
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Proactive problem solving mindset
Adaptability and resilience under pressure
