A leading commercial mechanical services provider is seeking experienced Commercial Electricians to join its growing team in Central Virginia. Commercial Electrician – Service
Location: Central Virginia

Key Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial electrical and control systems.
Install and service:
Relays, starters, switches, and motors.
Motor control centers (MCCs).
Switchgear and transformers.
Power distribution systems.
Heat tracing systems and cable trays.
Run conduit, pull wire, terminate conductors, and install junction boxes.
Support electrical work related to:
Retrofits and renovations.
Equipment replacements.
New installations and service projects.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and complete repairs efficiently.
Ensure all work complies with NEC codes, OSHA standards, and local regulations.
Work independently and manage assigned service projects.
Perform work in critical environments, including night shifts as required.
Qualifications
Journeyman-level experience in commercial electrical service and installations.
Strong background in power and control wiring.
Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work night shifts when required.
Electrical Journeyman or Master’s license (preferred, not required).
Trade school or formal training (preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong understanding of NEC and OSHA safety regulations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
