Purpose
To instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. To develop student's skills and ability level in core subject areas.
Qualifications
Has the ability to organize and supervise the basketball program.
Has previous successful coaching experience in basketball.
Teaching field open. Applicable certification would be required.
Reports to: The girls athletic director and the high school principals
Salary

+ $7000 Soccer Stipend ($7000 Boys & $7000 Girls - Head Soccer)
+ 2nd Sport Stipend
+ 10 Days Stipend
+ $1500 CDL Stipend if applicable
BISD pays $325.00 towards medical premium
BISD pays Telehealth premium for employee
BISD provides a $10,000 Life Insurance Policy for employee
Employment will begin: August 3, 2026
