Shift and Compensation
Shift: 11 pm to finish
Schedules: Saturday – Wednesday
Location: La Vergne, TN
Compensation: $18.50 per hour
Responsibilities
The sanitation associate keeps the work site clean and free of debris.
Learn both sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision.
Maintain a high level of direct contact with customer staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner.
Assigned to specified areas within the work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations.
Lift and carry a minimum of 25–75 lbs; materials handled vary.
Handle pallets as directed by Capstone management and customer, meeting company standards, customer timelines, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Keep Site Supervisor and Manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments, concerns, and contribute suggestions for improvements.
Work with a flexible schedule due to changing operational needs.
Sit or stand for periods in the office as well as the warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures).
Qualifications
High‑energy individual with a strong work ethic.
Self‑motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision.
Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25–75 lbs.
Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and teammates.
