Non-Clinical Case Manager

The Non-Clinical Case Manager coordinates referrals, service planning, and client documentation for designated caseload(s).

Minimum Requirements

Professional License in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or Social Services preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or Social Services fields preferred

Experience in Case Management, Behavioral Sciences, Human Services or Social Services preferred

Current CPR if applicable

TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
