Hours: 40 per week (8‑hour days)

Shift: 8‑hour days

Pay: $1,566.00 – $1,614.00 per week

Responsibilities
Join a well‑respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) and support a friendly, positive and professional environment throughout the travel assignment.

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist Assistant, Skilled

1 year of experience

PTA (Compact accepted)

One reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications

Proper state license

Skilled nursing / long‑term care experience (since Oct 2019, PDPM experience)

Rehab Optima (Net Health) experience
