Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at the Children's Recovery Center, located in Campbell, CA. The CNA will assist with daily care and support of pediatric patients, perform routine healthcare tasks, and ensure the safety and comfort of patients. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, communicating with medical staff regarding patient needs, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to support optimal recovery outcomes.
Qualifications
Patient care skills including assisting with activities of daily living and maintaining patient hygiene.
Ability to monitor and document patient vital signs and address immediate concerns with the healthcare team.
Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with medical staff and families.
Professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail when handling pediatric patients and their families.
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Ability to work in an on-site healthcare setting and adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
Experience in pediatric care or working with children is highly preferred.
Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, transferring, and long periods of standing or walking.
