growing energy-focused construction firm
delivering large-scale building infrastructure and sustainability projects across complex facilities.
They’re looking for an experienced
MEP Project Manager
to lead end-to-end execution of mechanical, electrical, and controls scopes on high-impact retrofit and upgrade programs.
The role
You’ll take ownership of construction delivery from pre-construction through close-out, acting as the central point between owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing MEP construction scopes (HVAC, controls, electrical, central utility systems)
Owning schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, and cost controls
Coordinating subcontractors and field teams across active job sites
Ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
Driving progress reporting, change management, and stakeholder communication
Supporting energy efficiency and sustainability-driven building upgrades
Experience
5+ years of experience in
construction project management
Strong background in
MEP systems
(HVAC, electrical, controls, plumbing)
Experience managing subcontractors and site operations
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
Comfortable working in occupied buildings and retrofit environments
Bonus: experience in
energy efficiency, ESCOs, or complex building retrofits
