Restoration Estimating Specialist

Roto‑Rooter is seeking an experienced estimator with insurance claims experience to join our fast‑growing water restoration team for our West Regional team. This is a full‑time position based out of our Arizona Call Center located in Tempe, AZ. The hourly range for this position is $23.00‑$25.00, depending on experience and you will also have the opportunity for a performance‑based bonus.
Responsibilities
Use Xactimate estimating software to write detailed water restoration estimates for residential and commercial customers.
Maintain communication with customers and insurance adjusters.
Submit estimates to insurance companies for payment.
Follow established billing and collections procedures.
Requirements
Xactimate software and estimate writing experience is preferred.
Insurance claims experience is required.
Administrative billing & collections experience in the restoration or service industry is preferred.
Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Outstanding organizational, time management and follow‑up skills.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bilingual preferred, but not required.
Strong communication skills.
Driver’s License.
