Estimator/Project Manager

SK Coatings is growing and looking to add a driven, detail-oriented Commercial and Multifamily Paint Estimator / Project Manager to our team.
Office Location

Office based in Leander, TX
Projects across Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio
What You’ll Do:

Prepare accurate takeoffs and estimates using PlanSwift software
Manage projects from pre‑construction through completion
Coordinate with clients
Travel to job sites to ensure quality, schedule, and budget alignment
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in commercial painting estimating and project management
Proficiency in PlanSwift (required)
Comfortable driving to and walking job sites across Central & North Texas
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
