Position
Registered Nurse – Night Shift, Full-time

Employment Details
Full-time position scheduled 36 hours per week with 12‑hour shifts, including weekend rotation and holiday commitment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and evaluate patient care during the assigned timeframe.

Implement and assess comprehensive care plans with multidisciplinary team.

Teach and delegate patient activities to health‑care team members via therapeutic nursing process.

Provide leadership and professional nursing care to patients at Trinity Oakland Hospital.

Actively support Shared Governance and promote customer‑service commitment.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent.

Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Michigan.

Minimum two years’ RN experience on a medical/surgical unit or ICU/Critical Care unit.

Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required for RN Care Managers in relevant units.

Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required for bedside RN Care Managers.

Current Emergency Nurse Pediatric Certification (ENCP) required for units in Emergency Room.

Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required for RN Care Managers in Ambulatory Surgery Center and PACU.

Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRC) required for RN Care Managers working in NICU and Labor & Delivery.

Special Skills / Aptitudes

Excellent customer‑service orientation to interact effectively with hospital personnel, patients, and community groups.
