Acro Blue is urgently seeking Production/Assembly Workers to join the team at a premier automotive manufacturer in Mason, OH. This clean, climate‑controlled facility offers a competitive pay rate and weekly pay, benefits, and career opportunities for advancement.
Shift Details
1st Shift: 5am – 3:30pm, paid at $18.50/hour, Monday–Thursday, possibility of mandatory overtime.
Summary
As a member of the Assembly Line, you will inspect parts, assemble components and products, and prepare them for shipping while maintaining a clean and orderly work area. This role requires the use of hand and power tools and continuous improvement of quality and efficiency while adhering to workplace safety requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assemble product components.
Work with team to assemble the full product.
Rotate through various tasks for specific production processes.
Conduct quality inspections on products and parts.
Prepare finished products for shipment.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to work overtime.
Ability to work as a productive member in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
1 year experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field.
Familiarity with tools and equipment required for assembly.
Physical Demands
Walking, stooping, bending, squatting.
Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, squat, kneel, reach, hear, see, speak throughout shift.
Ability to consistently lift up to 30 pounds using proper equipment.
Work Environment
Temperature consistent with a clean climate‑controlled manufacturing environment.
Noise level typical of a manufacturing environment where tools, power trucks, and conveyors are in use.

Health and other benefits available after 520 hours (~90 days) eligible for direct hire and pay increase.
Overtime paid after working 40 hours in a week at time and a half.
